Receive class registration & physician referral calls. May serve as Dispatcher for Safety and Security, Maintenance Departments, and other offsite locations. They play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, directing calls, coordinating urgent communications, and supporting hospital operations around the clock. If you're a strong communicator who enjoys helping others and can remain composed in a fast-paced environment, this position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day Qualifications Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience: Telephone or customer service experience beneficial. Other: o Basic computer and keyboarding skills o Must be able to navigate multiple computer software systems simultaneously o Ability to communicate clearly in English both orally and written o Knowledge of Microsoft Office Why Mercy?
