Providing courteous, respectful service to elderly passengers and passengers with disabilities.

Following airport safety, security, and accessibility procedures.

Keeping wheelchairs and equipment organized and reporting equipment or passenger-service issues.

Communicating clearly with passengers and coworkers, especially when flights or passenger requests change.
