Works with healthcare personnel to provide customer service excellence in testing, communication and personal interactions with families, coworkers and other professionals. Performs duties in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and mercy standards. Position Details: Minimum Education: Associates degree or equivalent college credit. Experience: Prior patient care experience preferred. Other: The position requires excellent ability to communicate effectively with health care professionals and patients families. Must be able to effectively interact with public and provide customer satisfaction. Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree, healthcare related. Preferred Experience: Prior hearing testing experience.
