This position is responsible for assuring standards of pharmacy practice and standards of patient care are consistently implemented throughout the hospital. Position Details: Mercy Hospital Tishomingo Drug Room Supervisor-RN Monday through Friday, 8-5 Our mission is clear. This position is responsible for assuring standards of pharmacy practice and standards of patient care are consistently implemented throughout the hospital. Incentives: Experienced Nurse Sign on Bonus up to $20,000 for select departments Stay Premium Program- based on years of Mercy service Education Assistance Day-One comprehensive medical, dental & vision insurance PTO/Vacation Time Frontload Up to 80 Hours for Experienced RNs Employer-Matched Retirement Funds Qualifications: Required Education: Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program.(Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN) Licensure: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements. Certifications: Completes Hospital and required nursing competencies, mandatory in-services/MyEducation assignments and relevant certifications (ex. BLS, ACLS, PALS, etc.) within required time frame.
