About the Opportunity:

To provide support to manufacturing by making and repairing a variety of machine tools, dies and fixtures of varying complexity according to blueprint, sketch, and engineering drawing requirements.

Location: Thomasville, GA
This position is 100% on site.

Position Summary
The Information Technology Intern supports the IT department in delivering technical assistance, maintaining systems, and contributing to technology projects. This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate looking to gain handson experience in a professional IT environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues for employees.
* Support computer imaging, setup, and deployment for new hires and equipment refreshes.
* Perform routine maintenance on laptops, desktops, printers, and other devices.
* Help monitor and track IT support tickets to ensure timely resolution.
* Assist with user account setup and access management under supervision.
* Support inventory management of IT equipment and supplies.
* Participate in IT projects such as system updates, migrations, or documentation improvements.
* Maintain accurate and uptodate technical documentation.

Required Qualifications
* Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
* Basic knowledge of Windows or macOS operating systems.
* Understanding of networking fundamentals (WiFi, IP, basic troubleshooting).
* Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
* Good communication and customerservice skills.
* Ability to manage time and work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
