About the Role

We are seeking a motivated HR Intern to support the HR team in driving employee engagement initiatives and developing people analytics insights. This internship will provide hands-on exposure to HR programs, employee listening strategies, and HR data analytics that help shape people-related decisions within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the HR team in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives and programs across the organization.

• Assist in tracking engagement activities, participation metrics, and follow-up actions from HR initiatives.

• Help develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports using data from various people analytics sources.

• Analyze insights from pulse surveys, exit interview data, and HR Business Partner (HRBP) feedback to identify trends and opportunities.

• Support the HR team in data collection, analysis, and presentation of workforce insights.

• Assist with preparation of presentations, reports, and summaries for HR leadership and business stakeholders.

• Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and employee experience initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Data Analytics, or related field.

• Strong interest in HR analytics, employee engagement, and organizational development.

• Basic skills in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools) preferred.

• Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
