This role requires proficiency in operating imaging equipment, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining high-quality imaging standards. The Sonographer position also requires a strong commitment to patient care, technical expertise, and collaborative communication with patients and healthcare professionals to provide optimal care. Position Details: Position Description: Sonographer Location: On-SiteType: Full -Time Schedule: Evenings, 3:00p-11:00pm M-F Mercy Hospital St. Louis 615 S New Ballas Rd Saint Louis, MO 63141 Up to $10,000 Sign-on Incentive!! ELIGIBILITY FOR INPATIENT SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL Career Ladder Opportunities: Sonographer: Education: Graduate of a school of Sonography and completed required clinical hours Experience: 1+ years of relevant experience. Certification: ARDMS/ARRT/CCI and 2 applicable advanced. registries/certifications within the applicable work area; Basic Life Support (BLS). Licensure: State licensure may be required depending on the specific state of practice. Advanced Sonographer: Education: Graduate of a school of Sonography and completed required clinical hours. Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience. Certification: ARDMS/ARRT/CCI and 3 applicable advanced registries/certifications within the applicable work area OR 2 applicable advanced registries/certifications within the applicable work area and 5 years of applicable experience; Basic Life Support (BLS). Licensure: State licensure may be required depending on the specific state of practice. Senior Sonographer: Education: Graduate of a school of Sonography and completed required clinical hours. Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience. Certification: ARDMS/ARRT/CCI and 4 applicable advanced registries/certifications within the applicable work area OR 2 applicable advanced registries/certifications within the applicable work area and 7 years of applicable experience; Basic Life Support (BLS).
