GENERAL FUNCTION The Transitions Shields team member is responsible for performing the entire production of shields/visors/googles, etc. This includes all aspects from substrate incoming through final production, inspection, packaging and shipping of the final product to the customer. You will work closely with other team members to perform routine and repetitive production operations in order to meet yield and completion requirements to meet the needs of the customers. In addition, you must be flexible to perform other supportive tasks such as auditing, training, loading and unloading trucks, substrate pulling and prepping and trouble shooting.
