Description and Requirements This is a remote position and can be located anywhere in the United States. Position Description: Lenovo's Infrastructure Solutions Group, Cloud Service Provider (ISG, CSP) Segment is seeking a qualified Offering Delivery Team Lead (ODTL) whose primary mission is to lead cross-functional, cross-geography project team (ODT team) to plan, execute and deliver CSP Offerings and Solutions to cloud customers - major focus on compute and storage product lines. It is an individual contributor role that requires senior level project management and operations skills, the ability to communicate comfortably both verbally and in writing at a senior business leadership level (Director, Exec Director, VP), and strong critical thinking skills. The ODTL must be willing to work "outside the box" to find solutions and solve problems in a deadline driven environment, to make sure the assigned project can be delivered on time and controlled within budget. * Understand and manage project scope to deliver within the time / cost restraints * Lead the ODT team to understand the project charter and to complete project objectives * Work with Account team to track the business pipeline and achieve business target Basic Qualifications: * Background in Compute, Storage or GPU product line is required * 10+ years of project management experience * Customer engagement experience Preferred Qualifications * Strong customer focus and business sense on financial P&L analysis, MBA degree is a plus. * Work experience in OEM/ODM/System Integration companies in Data Center industry is highly preferred * PMI certification preferred * Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills * Familiar with MS Excel, PowerPoint and Project schedule tools * Familiar with HW manufacturing from PCBA, Building Block, L10, L11 and L12. * Background in Compute, Storage or GPU/AI product line is required. * Familiar with Cloud Service Provider business is preferred.
