Description and Requirements

Lenovo is seeking a highly motivated forward-thinking individual to join its Global Transformation Organization supporting enterprise level transformation to the global sales community. The Digital Transformation Process Design Specialist role will be instrumental in the delivery of AI enabled process innovation providing data driven actionable insights, and automation capabilities to streamline and enhance the sales journey. You will be responsible as part of a team to identify strategic opportunities leveraging data analytics and AI to design and deliver leading edge digital transformative technology solutions to the Global Sales community.

The ideal candidate will combine sales process and data knowledge with practical understanding of AI/ML technologies to solution, design and deploy transformative selling solutions.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Collaboration: work with a variety of business stakeholders, digital transformation teams and IT to align business required capabilities and solutions.
  • Process analysis and design: perform business process mapping of 'as is' and 'to be' solutions, identify change points and assist in AI enabled solution design creation and planning.
  • Data: assist with data requirement identification and mapping needed to support the development and delivery of AI/ML insights and capability ensuring high data quality and governance
  • Solution delivery and deployment: work with Business, Digital Transformation and IT teams to finalize solution, support testing execution and management, and postproduction support
  • Training & Change Management: Help develop and deliver training for end users, emphasizing the value and impact of AI-enhanced sales tools. Support adoption and continuous improvement.
  • You will be required to own, drive and participate in various aspects of project management to ensure successful project execution and delivery in order to derive identified business value returns

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in either: Computer Science, Technologies, Data, Business Analytics or similar, AI Specialization
  • 1+ year experience in digital transformation or IT with proven capability for design planning and execution
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to plan, schedule, and problem solve
  • Demonstrated ability for complex and abstract thinking along with a drive for success
  • Professional fluency in English. Ability to converse in Mandarin a benefit but not mandatory
