Description and Requirements
About the Position:
We're looking for an AI Product Manager to lead the delivery of our global Customer Service AI network. We are growing a new product and are in need of an experienced Product Manager who is well-versed in AI products, particularly LLMs to join us. This position is hybrid 3 days per week at our Morrisville, NC location.
Responsibilities:
  • Product Design: Define AI Product including: functional requirements, user experience, and technical specifications, ensure innovation and final business value / KPI achieved.
  • Project Management: Lead cross-functional teams like tech, biz ops, design to drive AI project forward, ensure high-quality on-time on-budget project delivery.
  • AI Tech know-how: Familiar with the latest AI tech stack / progress, effectively define the high-level Technical Architecture design, capable to hands-on on low/no-code platform to PoC the concept, proven track on tech solution Eval. to provide clear Pros/Cons analysis for decision making.
  • Communication & Coordination: Communicate effectively with colleagues across different departments and levels in a global multi-time zone setting, ensuring all stakeholders have a clear understanding of project goals, progress, and outcomes.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends and customer needs, gather feedback, and continuously optimize the product to enhance user experience.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Make decisions for product iteration and improvement based on data analysis to increase market adaptability and competitiveness.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or related fields
  • 5+ years of work experience in AI product management, or a track record of successfully launching AI products
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of Product Manager Experience
  • Demonstrated product development leadership experience in a Product Manager capacity for AI products
  • In-depth knowledge of machine learning, natural language processing, and other AI technologies
  • Experience managing reporting, project cadence, and handling project deliverables
  • Experience presenting to executives and business stakeholders
  • Proficiency with Agile and Waterfall development methodologies
  • Proficiency with Product Management and Collaboration tools: Figma, Jira, Confluence, Notion, SharePoint, Excel
  • Ability to translate technical complexity into business value
  • Ability to communicate across different organizational levels
  • Cultural Competency working across Chinese, American, Desi, European, and South American cultural contexts, ensuring messages are communicated with clarity and tact
  • PMP Certification a plus
  • Bilingual
The base salary budgeted range for this position is $107-135k. Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commission. This is a hybrid position 3 days per week at our Morrisville, NC location.
