Founded in 1969 on vision and innovation by Owen Richard Colan to serve the emerging real estate needs of public agencies. ORC is one of the nation’s largest right-of-way service providers offering a full range of ROW services to public agencies, utility companies, and energy clients. Our clients include more than 35 utility companies, 150 airport authorities, and 30 State Departments of Transportation, as well as FEMA, DOE/NNSA, EPA, FTA, USACE, HUD, GSA, National Park Service, and numerous state, county, municipal, and local public agencies.
Our group of companies today continues with this strong culture of innovation, as we continually expand our reach to meet the national needs of increasingly specialized and diverse real estate markets and services. As a national firm, we employ 285+ staff members, with 35 offices in 23 states.
