Position summary

Produce reliable lane-level reporting and reconcile case data so leaders can manage inventory, quality, deadlines, and financial controls.

Key responsibilities




  • Build recurring reports and dashboards using approved metric definitions and source data.





  • Reconcile CTS and CMS counts, statuses, dates, and exceptions; document discrepancies and their owners.





  • Validate data before distribution and maintain a record of assumptions, refresh dates, and corrections.





  • Analyze aging, throughput, quality, rework, and emerging operational risks with lane leaders.





  • Support scorecards and ad hoc analysis without altering source case decisions.




Qualifications




  • Experience with operational reporting, spreadsheets, BI tools, and data quality checks.





  • Strong SQL or equivalent data extraction skills preferred.





  • Ability to explain data limitations and work with sensitive case information.




Measures of success




  • Data accuracy and reconciliation closure





  • On-time reporting





  • Documented metric definitions





  • Actionable exception identification




Working relationships

Works across the assigned lane and with Quality, Training, Compliance, Reporting, and program leadership as needed. Follows approved decision rights, confidentiality requirements, and escalation paths.
