Location: Port Saint Lucie Department: Summary The Application Developer - Flutter designs, develops,testsandmaintainsfullstack applications using the Flutter framework and related technologies. The role focuses on building scalable, secure, and highquality mobile and web applications, collaborating within Agile teams, and contributing to continuous improvement in development practices and DevOps workflows. Responsibilities * Design, develop, test, andmaintainmobile and web applications using Flutter and Dart. * Build andmaintainfrontend and backend components, including cloudnative microservices. * Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and crossfunctional teams in Agile ceremonies. * Integrate DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, deployment scripting, and infrastructure collaboration. * Diagnose and resolve recurring technical issues and support incidentresponse. * Implement automated testing practices and contribute to continuous testing improvements. Maintaindocumentation to support application development standards and onboarding. Partner with Enterprise Architecture, Engineering, PMO and other IT groups to align with technology standards. Identifyopportunities forprocess,toolingand architectural improvements. Essential Functions of the Role Communicate effectively via email, phone, and virtual platforms. Travel frequently, including overnight and occasional weekend travel. Education & Work Requirements Bachelor's Degree with 5-8 years of related experience Education & Work Preferences Certifications in application development or related technologies. * Experience with native iOS/Android development. * Knowledge of backend languages (e.g., C#, Java) and modern frontend frameworks. * Experience with Firebase, Azure DevOps, PWA, and automated testing. * Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases. * Experience with Docker,Kubernetesand version control tools (e.g., Git). The anticipated base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $130,000.The actual salary varies based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, abilities, and other legitimate business factors. The Company's 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan includes: auto-enrollment, vesting and eligible participants "safe harbor" matching contributions.
