This is a part-time position Job duties include contact with other employees and access confidential and proprietary information and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. The Company therefore has determined that a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business and its operations and reputation and is necessary to protect the safety of the Company's staff, employees, and business relationships.
- Complete color crossovers of existing schemes and create digital and/or physical binders for review, once approved then order binders. Also create and add new color schemes that coordinate and are cohesive with existing schemes
- Submit schemes to be included on our website through online archives. Send "scheme link" to community managers.
- Create scheme binders for select communities that are prohibited to be online
- Provide support with organizing and attending tradeshows, HOA committees, networking events to reconnect and strengthen relationships
- Occasionally assists with meeting with HOA board members and managers to discuss color and paint needs
- Color board presentations - may include existing schemes being modified, renders with existing and new schemes or just general color interests
- Customer color matching - Select homes that represent majority, general color matching, complete a digital or physical binder for review
- Updating and completing all new Excel crossover lists for competitor and old SW schemes, and more as they come along
- Work with other districts for special requests and needs
- Maintains and organizes paper and electronic logs, forms, files, binders, and other documents, prepares items for storage or destruction, and assists in maintaining the security and confidentiality of applicable information
- Performs basic office duties, such as copying, filing, typing standard documents, data entry, maintaining accurate records and preparing documents for internal and external use
- Offer creative suggestions for improvement and develop new and unique approaches to current processes
- Supports operations and color program coordination across assigned district(s)
- Maintains districts community color schemes, digital archives, and physical sample binders
- Coordinates multiple concurrent customer and community projects while meeting established deadlines
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- Must have a High School diploma or GED
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future
- Must have at least two (2) years of administrative, operations, customer service, project coordination, or office support experience
- Must have strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Must have proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Must have strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Must have the ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Must have the ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Preferred Qualifications:
- Have an associate's degree or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, Communications, Project Management or a relevant field
- Have a valid driver's license and ability to travel occasionally for trade shows, HOA meetings, and customer events
- Have presentation and public speaking skills
- Have experience with color selection, color matching, or architectural color programs
- Have experience creating presentations, binders, marketing materials, or customer-facing documentation
- Have experience coordinating events, trade shows, or customer engagement activities
- Have experience working with CRM systems, digital archives, or project management software
