Job Description:

Tria Federal (Tria) is looking foraSeniorConsultant to join our team of dynamic healthcare consulting professionals. Our consultants play a critical role in the continued long-term growth of the company and spend a significant amount of time interacting with clients, coordinating and leading project team members and developing and contributing to work products and contract deliverables.We are looking for candidates whopossessa tendency towards action, have innovative ideas and the ability toanticipatea client's needs to achieve extraordinary results.

BasicRequirements:



  • 7+years ofexperience as aconsultantpreferably in a federal consulting environmentrequired. Healthcare operations experiencepreferred.


  • Bachelor's degreerequired. Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.


  • Knowledge and a working understanding of business processes and/or operationswithin the healthcare industry (commercial or federal).


  • Demonstrated ability to succeed in a dynamic environment and produce deliverablesin tighttime frames.


  • Excellent oral,writtenand interpersonal skills.


  • Microsoft Office mastery (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).


  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in database engineering.


  • Hands-on experience with AWS RDS, DynamoDB, and other relevant AWS services.


  • Familiarity with at least one programming language for database development (e.g., Python, Java, or similar).


  • Experience with database performance tuning and optimization.


  • Strong understanding of database security best practices.


  • Familiarity with SQL and database design.


  • Proficient in Java languages.


  • Experience working with related areas, such as HL7, Cache, MSSQL PostgreSQL, and XML.


  • JIRA Agile project management tool.


  • Git/GitHub repository.


  • AWSCertified Database Specialty, Azure Database Administrator, etc.



Additional Qualifications:



  • Successful experience creating professional, executive level products using Microsoft tools.


  • Successful experience with professional virtual presentations.


  • Successful experience in directly supporting healthcare leadersaccomplishtheir strategic and professional goals.


  • Lean Six Sigma Certification.


  • MastersDegree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field ideal.



Responsibilities:



  • Ability to assess a client's organization, strategic goals, governancestructureand overall environment tofacilitatedelivery as well as contract renewals,expansionand new business opportunities.


  • Evaluate evolving market trends toidentifyimpact to client business operations and shares knowledge both internally and externally, asappropriate.


  • Actively lead project teams, providing strong leadership and feedbackregardingwork products, clientneedsand internal deliverables.


  • Informleadership and the client of project status.


  • Manage client relationships, including, communications, risk mitigation, stakeholdermanagementand strategic development.


  • Oversee project resources andidentifyand bridge any resource gaps.


  • Deliver effective internal and external presentations and skillfullyfacilitateclient and internal meetings.


  • Ability to meet internal and external deadlines by efficiently managing time, prioritizingtasksandutilizingavailable resources.

Public Trust Clearance:

Work Location:

Tria Federal,operatesprimarily in the Eastern Time Zone, with standard work hours from 9 AM - 5 PM ET and flexibility aroundstartand end times based on team needs. We have open-collaboration offices in Arlington, VA, and Baltimore, MD for those who prefer to work on-site.

Please Note:Work location requirements vary by program. While many roles support remote work, some projects may require partial or full on-site presence based on contract and client needs. Specific work location expectations will be communicated during the hiring process.
