Now Hiring: Maintenance Supervisor - Direct Hire Location: Leola, PA Pay Rate: $75,000-$85,000/year Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:00 PM (1st Shift) Ready to lead a skilled maintenance team while staying hands-on with advanced industrial equipment? We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations in a manufacturing environment. This leadership role combines team development, equipment troubleshooting, preventive maintenance management, and continuous improvement initiatives to maximize production uptime and operational efficiency. Job Duties Lead daily maintenance meetings and establish priorities based on production needs Assign, monitor, and support maintenance technicians throughout repairs and projects Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control systems Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and minimize production downtime Ensure preventive maintenance tasks and work orders are completed and documented Coordinate maintenance activities with production teams Provide coaching, guidance, and technical support to maintenance personnel Participate in root cause analysis, reliability improvements, and capital projects Maintain safety standards, housekeeping, and maintenance documentation Communicate equipment issues, resource needs, and department priorities to leadership Requirements High school diploma or GED required Technical school training, trade certification, or associate degree preferred Industrial maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment Strong troubleshooting skills involving electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, motors, and controls systems Ability to read electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals Experience using diagnostic tools such as multimeters Previous maintenance lead, supervisor, or team leadership experience preferred Experience with CMMS software preferred Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan Health Savings Account (HSA) AD&D Insurance Relocation assistance available for qualified candidates Benefits vary by client and are confirmed at the time of offer.
