Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour

Schedule: 5:00 am - 1:30pm Monday to Friday

Assemble enclosures using a variety of hand and power tools and fixtures. Follow work instructions and test equipment. Perform a series of operations to meet production schedules and quality standards including modifying parts as necessary for proper fit.

• Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes and procedures
• Assemble enclosures and related parts in a timely manner
• Able to safely and correctly operate hand and power tools and machinery, including forklifts, semi-automated material handling equipment, and overhead cranes
• Participate in training and continuing education
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Work overtime as required

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED

Experience Requirements

• Relevant work experience with a minimum of one year in electrical and/or mechanical assembly in a manufacturing facility
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision in a safe and efficient manner
• Good mechanical aptitude
• Experienced in the proper and safe use of hand and light power tools
• Able to lift parts weighing in excess of 50 pounds (assistance when needed) and to work in a bending, standing, or squatting positions for long periods of time (excess of one hour)
• Effective communication skills: verbal and written (English)
• Follow written and/or oral instructions in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a related industry or similar position is preferred.
• Experience working in fast-paced, customer-focused, manufacturing, warehouse, administrative, or professional environments is beneficial depending on the assignment.
• Relevant certifications, technical training, or specialized skills are considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate adaptability, professionalism, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn are well positioned for success as a Case Assembler.
• Pass forklift certifications and requirements to operate forklifts
