Production Worker

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Manufacturing, production, or industrial training is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions, quality specifications, production schedules, and measurement requirements.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing, production, or related industrial experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience maintaining production and quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to accurately complete production paperwork, reports, and documentation.
• Experience following workplace safety procedures and quality requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of spring manufacturing processes and the ability to identify basic spring types.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality compliance.
• Ability to read measurements and verify products meet required specifications.
• Dependable work ethic with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team while meeting production goals.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to frequently stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to use hands and fingers to handle, inspect, and manipulate products and materials.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in manufacturing conditions that may include hot, humid, or wet environments.
• Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including steel-toed boots, hearing protection, safety glasses, and other required safety gear.

Job Duties

• Operate safely while following all company safety policies and procedures.
• Process and complete all production-related paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
• Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with customer and company specifications.
• Maintain production output and quality standards to support operational goals.
• Verify materials and products meet work instruction and measurement requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with housekeeping standards.
• Support continuous workflow by following production schedules and operational requirements.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
