Educational Requirements
Experience Requirements No experience required with bachelor's degree in engineering or related field with one year quality experience preferred. Seven years of quality experience is required without a degree. Skills and Competencies All FN America employees are expected to demonstrate accountability, collaboration, communication, customer focus, and innovation. Additional requirements of this position include:
Tools Microsoft Office Suite. Creo Parametric (or similar) - Required. Licenses/Certifications Six Sigma Green Belt is preferred. Working Conditions Typical manufacturing environment with exposure to loud noises and dangerous chemicals and machinery. Must be able to lift and move up to 25 pounds unassisted.
