About us
National Grid is hiring a Supervisor for our Work Support Department in Northborough, MA. This is an in-office position. National Grid is seeking a Supervisor for the Work Support Department. This in-office position is responsible for leading assigned clerical and support services personnel to ensure work is planned, scheduled, coordinated, processed, and completed accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with departmental and company requirements. The role supports daily operations across construction, field operations, mark-out, contractor, and internal support functions. The Supervisor will provide direction, coaching, performance oversight, and process support while helping maintain reliable service, timely closeout of work, accurate processing, and strong team performance. The Supervisor, Work Support provides daily supervision, coordination, and planning for assigned clerical personnel and support services functions. This position ensures that administrative, operational, and financial closeout activities are completed accurately and on time, while supporting field and construction operations, compliance requirements, customer commitments, and continuous improvement initiatives. Salary $80,000 - $93,000 a year National Grid will not be providing visa sponsorship for this position now or in the future.
