Sheet Metal/HVAC Foremen play a critical role in delivering high-quality mechanical systems that keep buildings operating efficiently and safely. From coordinating crews and managing installation activities to resolving field challenges and ensuring code compliance, your leadership helps drive projects to successful completion.

At RK Industries, you'll lead Sheet Metal and HVAC field operations on active construction sites, supporting project success through crew coordination, layout planning, material management, quality control, and trade-specific problem solving. Your expertise will help maintain productivity, uphold craftsmanship standards, and mentor the next generation of skilled tradespeople.

What You'll Do

• Lead the installation of sheet metal, HVAC, ductwork, ventilation systems, and related mechanical equipment on commercial and industrial construction projects.
• Coordinate daily crew activities, layouts, schedules, and material, tool, and equipment requisitions to keep projects on track and within budget.
• Perform quality control inspections, ensure code compliance, and resolve field installation and design challenges.
• Mentor installers and apprentices while partnering with project managers, field engineers, and other trades to drive safe and successful project execution.

What You Bring

• Journeyman or Master-level Sheet Metal/HVAC experience in commercial, industrial, or mechanical construction environments.
• Ability to lead crews, coordinate layouts, manage materials and equipment, and troubleshoot installation challenges in the field.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, ductwork installation, building codes, jobsite sequencing, and quality control practices.
• Commitment to safety, craftsmanship, accountability, and developing high-performing teams.
