Primary location:Macon,Georgia The estimated base salary range for this role is "$76,000 to $95,500" per year. What does it mean to work at Armstrong? We have a terrific career opportunity for a Production Supervisor who can effectively motivate and manage a team of people responsible for producing ceiling tiles.The work involves coaching and developing your staff, improving performance, effectively scheduling the work, and always seeking new and better ways to optimize your team's contribution to the Company. You will also work closely with a multi-functional team in implementing process improvement and cost reduction initiatives using innovative tools such as Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and equipment optimization. Reporting to the Value Stream Manager, you will supervise a team that produces high-quality building products.
