RSM is looking to hire a Partner/Principal to join the Deal Services practice. In this dynamic role, you will work with our nationally award-winning Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) Advisory practice servicing both corporate and private equity clients. Our M&A group services include buy-side diligence and sell-side diligence. As a trusted advisor, you will work alongside our nationally recognized Mergers & Acquisitions Advisory team, helping clients evaluate investment opportunities, assess transaction risks, and make informed decisions throughout the deal lifecycle. You will lead complex buy-side and sell-side due diligence engagements, drive business development initiatives, cultivate key client relationships, and contribute to the continued growth of RSM's healthcare transaction advisory platform. This is a highly visible leadership role for a professional who combines deep healthcare M&A expertise with a successful track record of building client relationships, developing teams, and growing a transaction advisory practice.
