Supporting Crew Member

Supporting Crew Members help meet the needs of clients participating in aircraft simulator training programs that require a minimum flight crew of two pilots. The role fulfills the Pilot Monitoring (right-seat) function during training events and supports the overall client learning experience.

• Fulfill the Pilot Monitoring role during flight simulator training conducted under FAA and/or EASA regulations.
• Attend all components of training events, including pre-flight briefings, simulator sessions, and post-flight debriefings.
• Support clients' training and learning experience throughout assigned training events.
• Maintain professional conduct in all interactions with clients, instructors, and team members.
• Complete required documentation, forms, and checklists associated with the Pilot Monitoring role.

• Commercial Pilot Certificate or Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate.
• Airplane Multi-Engine Land rating.
• Instrument rating with a minimum of 50 hours of instrument flight experience.
• Minimum of 400 hours total flight time.
• Ability to meet all applicable TSA requirements.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, and internet-based applications.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
• Must reside within two hours of the training facility.

• Minimum of 100 hours turbine flight experience.
• Experience operating aircraft equipped with advanced avionics systems.
