Organizational Change Management Senior Analyst

What success looks like in this role:

The OCM Sr Analyst at Unisys Corporation will play a pivotal role in facilitating successful organizational change initiatives. This position combines strategic planning with hands-on development to ensure smooth transitions for our clients and internal teams, leveraging emerging technologies and creative design.

Job Responsibilities

* Lead and support the development and implementation of comprehensive organizational change management (OCM) strategies and plans for various projects and initiatives.
* Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud applications to design and develop engaging communication materials, training aids, and graphics that support OCM objectives.
* Research and evaluate emerging technologies to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovative OCM solutions.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate OCM activities with overall project plans, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
* Develop and manage graphics development for OCM communications, presentations, and digital content.
* Provide expertise and support to the Service Desk for OCM-related inquiries, ensuring effective communication and resolution of user issues.
* Contribute to the solutions management process by identifying and proposing innovative OCM solutions that address client needs and enhance organizational effectiveness.
* Support the development and execution of strategy plans related to organizational development and change initiatives.
* Conduct stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and readiness assessments to inform OCM strategies.
* Monitor and report on the effectiveness of OCM interventions, making recommendations for continuous improvement.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in organizational change management roles.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for graphics development and content creation.
* Demonstrated experience with emerging technologies and their application in business solutions.
* Strong understanding of OCM methodologies and frameworks.
* Experience in Service Desk support or a similar client-facing role is a plus.
* Proven ability in solutions management and strategic planning.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
