Organizational Change Management Manager

What success looks like in this role:

The OCM Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective organizational change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new initiatives and projects within Unisys Corporation.

Job Responsibilities:

* Lead the development and execution of comprehensive OCM strategies, plans, and methodologies for various projects and programs.
* Conduct change impact assessments and readiness analyses to identify potential resistance and develop mitigation strategies.
* Design and deliver communication plans, stakeholder engagement activities, and training programs to support change adoption.
* Collaborate with project teams, leadership, and other stakeholders to integrate OCM activities into overall project plans.
* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of OCM initiatives, making adjustments as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
* Provide coaching and guidance to leaders and managers on their roles in supporting organizational change.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of OCM practices and methodologies within Unisys.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

* Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful Strategy Plans within an organizational change management context.
* Proven ability to lead and manage change initiatives in a complex corporate environment.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
* Experience with change management frameworks and methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR).
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
* Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci) is a plus.
