Wieland is hiring a Mechanical Engineer Intern. The Mechanical Engineer Intern will be responsible for developing engineering capability in design, development, product knowledge, problem
solving and technical support while providing assistance to staff engineering, production and maintenance personnel.. This role is located in Montpelier, OH and will be fully on-site.

Starting Pay: $20.00-$22.00

Schedule: 8am-4pm Mon-Fri

Pay Schedule: Bi-Weekly

Mechanical Engineer Intern Responsibilities:

Coordinates with engineering, maintenance and contractors to complete projects
• Assist engineering, maintenance or operations in gathering data, analyzing and drawing engineering conclusions
• Assist in gathering information on standardization, new technologies and cost reduction ideas for capital expenditure requests
• Compile technical documentation for equipment manuals, troubleshooting guides and maintenance job plans
• All other duties as assigned

Mechanical Engineer Intern Qualifications:

• Mechanical Engineering Student, Sophomore level or above
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Other Basic Computer Skills
• Good Written and Verbal Communication Skills
• SolidWorks or AutoCAD (Preferred)
• Eligible to work in US (No Sponsorships Available)
