Location: 1 N Wacker Drive, Chicago IllinoisJob Summary The Corporate Access Planner is responsible for originating, planning, marketing, executing, and following up on corporate access activity across NDRs, conferences, field trips, analyst marketing, group meetings, and related events. The role connects corporate management teams, investor relations professionals, research analysts, institutional investors, and sales partners while delivering high-quality execution, clear communication, accurate data, and a strong client experience. Key Responsibilities Include: * Event origination and execution: Plan and execute NDRs, conferences, bus tours, field trips, analyst marketing trips, virtual meetings, and one-on-one schedules from initial idea through post-event follow-up; manage schedules, logistics, travel, venues, materials, registration, day-of changes, and issue resolution. * Analyst and corporate coverage: Own day-to-day planning for assigned analysts, covered companies, and sectors; develop access opportunities around earnings, conferences, initiations, thematic work, investor demand, and franchise priorities. * Issuer and investor communication: Serve as a trusted execution contact for IR officers, management teams, investors, analysts, sales, and internal leaders; communicate confirmations, agendas, itineraries, changes, and feedback clearly and professionally. * Marketing and demand generation: Create and distribute invitations, announcements, itineraries, agendas, and related materials; partner with sales to identify priority investors, track interest, fill schedules, and drive participation from targeted accounts. * Data, reporting, and systems: Maintain accurate event, attendance, request, cancellation, and corporate data in iPlanner and other systems; support resource-consumption reporting, broker vote preparation, account reviews, client strategy, and resource-allocation decisions. * Controls and process discipline: Follow applicable research independence, information-barrier, MNPI, gifts and entertainment, expense, and other KeyBank policies; manage costs responsibly and recommend workflow improvements that improve quality, scale, consistency, and stakeholder experience. Qualifications and Skills Include: * Experience in corporate access, investor relations, event coordination, research, institutional equity sales support, marketing, business development, or a comparable client-service role. * Working knowledge of institutional equities, research, banking, sales, and corporate access, with the ability to manage multiple priorities on tight timelines. * Strong written and verbal communication skills, including comfort with senior management teams, IR officers, institutional investors, and internal leaders. * Advanced organization, project management, prioritization, follow-through, and attention to detail; analytical mindset paired with a sales-oriented approach. * Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Copilot, CRM/reporting tools, and event-management platforms; experience with iPlanner, MeetMax, BDVisions, Datazoic, Salesforce, and Concur preferred. * Willingness to travel periodically Personal Skills and Core Competencies * Persuasion, sound judgment, ownership, composure, collaboration, adaptability, client service, inclusive partnership, and continuous improvement. * Ability to anticipate needs, resolve issues under pressure, protect confidential information, and maintain accountability for outcomes. Measures of Success * Events are executed cleanly, professionally, and without visible logistics failures for clients, corporate management teams, or internal partners. * Analysts, IR contacts, bankers, and sales partners view the Planner as a trusted and responsive partner. * Priority accounts are consistently targeted, schedules are filled efficiently, and relevant investor demand is captured and communicated. * Event data, attendance, reporting, and dashboards are accurate, timely, and useful for broker votes, account reviews, and resource decisions. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $69,000.00 - $105,000.00 annually. Placement within the pay range may differ based upon various factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and geographic location. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for incentive compensation which may include production, commission, and/or discretionary incentives.Please click here for a list of benefits for which this position is eligible.
