As an experienced Administrative Assistant, you will serve as a trusted partner to leaders and engineering teams, providing administrative and operational support that enables effective execution, collaboration, and organizational efficiency. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with technical and business leaders, supporting activities that help drive innovation and business success.


About the role - you will:


  • Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings across time zones, and keep teams aligned through clear communication.







  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, required documents, local logistics, and timely expense reporting.







  • Support purchasing, invoices, shipping documentation, and research grant tracking.







  • Coordinate team meetings, onsite events, engagement activities, and organizational initiatives.







  • Create and maintain accurate, confidential documents, reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and records.







  • Coordinate facility requests, office operations, workspace assignments, and site logistics.







  • Partner with leaders and cross-functional teams to support operations, communication, and shared priorities.







  • Streamline administrative processes and workflows to improve team effectiveness.







  • Provide proactive administrative support with professionalism, sound judgment, adaptability, and strong customer service.




About you:


  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented administrative professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.








  • Ability to build strong relationships, communicate effectively at all levels, and apply sound judgment when managing sensitive information and shifting priorities.





Your experience includes:


  • Demonstrated administrative, executive administrative, or business support experience preferably in a global environment.







  • Excellent organizational, planning, and communication skills.







  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.







  • Coordinating meetings, travel, and business operations.







  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Copilot and other business productivity tools.







  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information appropriately.







  • High school diploma or equivalent.






You might also have:






  • Experience supporting engineering, manufacturing, technology, or R&D organizations.







  • Experience working with global teams and multiple time zones.







  • Experience with SAP, Windchill, Jira, Apttus, Cority, SuccessFactors, or similar enterprise systems.







  • Familiarity with purchasing, shipping, budgeting, and document control processes.





Salary: The estimated base wage range for this position is $29.89 - $43.57 hr. The individual base wage is based on work location andadditionalfactors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Seagate also offers paid time off, including 12 holidays,120 hoursof vacation, a minimum of48 hoursof paid sick leave, and16 weeksof paid parental leave. The benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year and may differ depending on work location and tenure with the Company.

Bloomington, MN (This is an ONSITE position. Monday - Friday during core business hours)




Our Bloomington, MN campus spans two suburbs, Edina and Bloomington, and serves as the Recording Head development and manufacturing arm of Seagate.
