What you will be doing

• Perform a variety of esthetic services, including customized facials, skincare treatments, body treatments, waxing services, and specialty treatments in accordance with WELL Spa standards and guest preferences.

• Conduct thorough guest consultations to assess skin conditions, concerns, treatment goals, and contraindications while ensuring guest comfort and safety.

• Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, linens, skincare products, and supplies in a clean, sanitized, and professional condition at all times.

• Educate guests on skincare regimens, treatment benefits, and retail product recommendations to support their wellness goals and enhance their overall experience.

• Build lasting guest relationships by delivering personalized service, creating a relaxing environment, and contributing to guest retention and satisfaction.

Position Requirements

• Current Wisconsin Esthetician License in good standing or ability to obtain and maintain required licensing before employment.

• Strong knowledge of skincare techniques, product ingredients, sanitation practices, and professional spa standards.

• Exceptional guest service, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to create a welcoming and relaxing experience.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak business periods.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform esthetic services requiring repetitive hand, arm, and upper-body movements.
