As a Hospital Operations Coordinator, you will play a key leadership role in supporting daily hospital operations, driving performance excellence, and ensuring the successful delivery of the Managed Asset program. What You Will Do in This Role?
  • Assist in the oversight of equipment flow while redirecting and allocating resources. Maintain the necessary inventory of equipment, equipment productivity, supplies, and support structures to ensure an effective and functional Asset Management Program.
  • Investigate nursing staff concerns and opportunities for improvement in lieu of the Operations Manager, Hospital. Implement appropriate courses of action in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
  • Maintain a basic understanding of the existing contract between Agiliti and the customer, including the ability to facilitate and support adherence to contract requirements.
  • Assist with the supervision of Hospital Service Technician (HST) personnel, including training, performance reviews, and corrective action plans when necessary. Support reporting requirements and guide employee career development.
  • Assist with managing staffing schedules based on equipment volume and foster cooperation among shifts to ensure a positive team environment. Promote employee engagement and retention through a collaborative workplace culture.
  • Facilitate, educate, and deliver the HST training program and training materials for employees.

What You Will Need for This Role?
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year of medical or management experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and develop team members in a healthcare or operational environment.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced hospital setting.
