Responsibilities The Community Liaison / Account Manager serves as a vital link between the facility, the community, and referral sources, promoting a positive and professional image of the organization throughout the Tulsa and Northeastern Oklahoma regions.The Community Liaison implements the facility's strategic business development plan within the assigned territory, strengthens the facility's brand presence, and effectively manages referral relationships and key accounts to achieve departmental and organizational growth objectives.This position supports the Tulsa and Northeastern Oklahoma regions. The ideal candidate will reside in or near the Tulsa area and be willing to travel regularly throughout the assigned territory, with occasional travel to the Oklahoma City facility for onsite meetings and organizational events. The successful candidate must be able to maintain a flexible work schedule to meet business and community engagement needs.All duties are performed in accordance with the facility's mission, values, policies, procedures, and behavioral standards. This position reports directly to the Business Development Directo Cedar Ridge Behavioral Hospital (a UHS facility)Cedar Ridge Behavioral Hospitalprovides inpatient and residential treatment services for youth ages 5-17, as well as inpatient, partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient services for adults ages 18+. Our treatment programs provide a structured and supportive treatment environment that promotes self-acceptance and helps stabilize patients suffering from acute psychiatric illness. Our multidisciplinary treatment teams consist of psychiatrists, licensed therapists and highly specialized nurses who collaborate to develop and implement effective and compassionate treatment plans for our patients. Qualifications Education and Experience Requirements: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field required Experience may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis in lieu of a degree Prior marketing and/or sales experience within a behavioral healthcare setting *preferred* Three (3) years minimum documented experience in referral development, account management, sales growth, and physician relationshipspreferred *Additional Requirements:* At least 21 years of age Successfully complete a drug test Successfully pass a national background check Willing to travel, including overnight travel as required A valid state driver license required Excellent Customer Service Skills Demonstrate business development concepts, sales abilities, competency in computer usage Excellent written and oral communication skills Data collection analysis and interpretation Record of adherence to deadlines Demonstrate tact, resourcefulness, patience and dedication in a fast-paced environment.
