We're seeking a talented and passionate Staff Software Engineerto build and operate internal platforms that Henry Schein One's engineering teams run on - the infrastructure layer, CI/CD pipelines, and the developer lifecycle tooling underneath. Your work will support roughly 30+ development groups and over 180 services. You'll be a hands-on individual contributor and technical authority: shaping architecture, mentoring other engineers, and driving reliability and scalability across the platform. You'll operate with little to no supervision, act as a subject-matter expert, and take on difficult, ambiguous problems - establishing reusable software patterns that other teams adopt and making decisions that affect the company's reputation and performance. This position is remote within the United States with up to 10% travel as needed, with a preference to local candidates willing to work remotely in our American Fork, UT location. What You Will Do

The posted range for this position is$140,000 - $170,000,which is the expected starting salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity, etc. This position is eligible for a bonus target not reflected in the range.
