As a Security Guard Access Patrol in Englewood, CO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a leading technology location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $21.88 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a technology infrastructure location.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and maintain visitor and contractor entry records in accordance with site requirements.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document actions taken.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, perimeter, parking areas, and other assigned locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Complete detailed activity reports, incident reports, and shift documentation; communicate relevant information to site contacts and incoming personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
