Job Overview: The Service Supervisor, PAC - Centrifugal Product is a highly visible leadership role responsible for the full service lifecycle of compressed-air equipment-from installation and commissioning through ongoing maintenance, repair, and long-term customer support. Leading a team of skilled Service Technicians, this individual plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving service performance, business growth, and profitability. Working closely with Sales and Service Coordination, the Service Supervisor ensures seamless execution across the customer lifecycle while maintaining full accountability for the Customer Center Service P&L. The role combines people leadership, customer engagement, operational ownership, and commercial responsibility-balancing customer satisfaction with strong service execution and financial performance. This position is specifically aligned to the PAC centrifugal product line, a technically sophisticated and highly engineered segment of the compressed-air business. The supervisor serves as a key customer-facing leader , supports technicians in the field, manages service-team performance, and takes ownership of escalated customer, technical, and on-call situations requiring leadership beyond the initial service level. The role spans a broad Great Lakes territory and offers a unique opportunity to help shape a newly expanded two-supervisor regional coverage model. Depending on the locations of the selected candidates, territories may be structured north/south or east/west-giving the new supervisors an opportunity to help establish the most effective service coverage strategy for the region. This is a hybrid, field-oriented leadership opportunity offering significant autonomy, direct customer interaction, and meaningful influence over the success of the service organization. Travel is approximately 40%-50%, typically involving one or two overnight stays per week. While direct compressed-air or centrifugal-equipment experience is highly valued, candidates with strong technical aptitude and learning agility may also bring relevant experience from engineering, engineering technology, HVAC, industrial equipment, technical service, or industrial sales. Pay Range: The range for this role, including incentive opportunities, is $115,000 - $140,000. The total pay range takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skills; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed pay range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
