Occasionally required to sit or stoop (preferred) Frequently required to use hands to handle, feel, and reach (preferred) Regularly required to see, talk, hear, walk, and stand (preferred) Must be able to work weekends, weeknights, and holidays (preferred) Must have a working knowledge of table games and slot machines (preferred) Demonstrate leadership ability with the ability to conduct oneself in a professional manner and appearance. (preferred) Ability to work effectively and make independent decisions with minimal supervision. (preferred) Excellent written and verbal communications skills are required (preferred) High-level public relations and customer service skills are required (preferred) Must be proficient in the entire Microsoft Suite and must be knowledgeable with casino computer systems (preferred) Must know and comply with requirements of Title 31 Bank Secrecy Act as pertains to Credit/Player Services transactions as well as all Illinois Gaming Board regulations (preferred) Must have a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred) Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board (preferred) Minimum 3 years gaming experience in Player Development or related field/experience with 1+ years of management experience.
