Description

Responsibilities:



  • Supports the internal and external recruitment efforts for the property, developing sourcing strategies and community partnerships to garner top talent
  • Coordinate and conduct new hire onboarding initiatives, to include new hire orientation
  • Provide employee assistance with benefits; open enrollment
  • Assists in conducting effective, thorough and objective investigations
  • Assists in providing performance management guidance to property leadership (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
  • Provides HR Policy guidance and interpretation consistent with policies, and State and Federal regulations
  • Analyzes onboarding and exit surveys, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement in processes
  • Assists with design and execution of engagement, wellness and retention events, to include back of house branding initiatives
  • Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs.
  • Maintains strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters.
  • Responsible for ensuring the compliance with all regulatory compliance within area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to management.
  • All other job duties as assigned.

        Target Salary:



        • Target Salary Range $56,250

        Qualifications
        Experience
        Occasional nights, weekends, and holidays (preferred)
        Occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds (preferred)
        Occasionally required to stoop (preferred)
        Frequently required to use hands to handle, feel, and reach (preferred)
        Regularly required to see, talk, hear, walk, sit, and stand (preferred)
        Demonstrated knowledge of state, local and federal labor laws and regulations related to HR. (preferred)
        Exceptional customer service focus including attention to producing quality results. (preferred)
        Excellent organizational skills, presentation skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively. (preferred)
        Highly effective communication and negotiation skills. (preferred)
        Ability to work with various levels of the organization to develop and influence the culture. (preferred)
        Proficient computer skills including MS Office software. (preferred)
        Minimum of three years HR experience preferred. (preferred)
        Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR or other relevant degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience. (preferred)
