Company Overview Omni is a newly independent global company spanning North America, LatAm, Europe and Asia Pacific with operations across commercial print, manufacturing, sales, and corporate functions. As a newly standalone entity, Omni is building its HR infrastructure, systems, and processes, creating an opportunity to help shape talent acquisition capability for the company's future. Position Summary The Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition will help build and lead Omni's Talent Acquisition (TA) function, supporting the design of recruiting processes, technology, and vendor strategy under the direction of the VP, HR. This role contributes to the operational backbone of TA - including applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing strategies, employer branding, and recruiting workflows - while simultaneously delivering on active hiring needs across a globally distributed, multi-country workforce. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who is comfortable with ambiguity and enjoys a mix of process design and tactical execution. About the Role Support & Help Build the TA Function

Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The base compensation range varies across locations. For any eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the base compensation range for this role is $100,100 USD - $185,900 USD. Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs. This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance.
