What You Can Expect As a NERC Compliance Engineer Senior or Engineering Advisor, you will support ENGIE's North America renewable energy portfolio by helping ensure engineering activities and operating assets align with applicable NERC Reliability Standards. You will collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Compliance, site teams, and technical subject matter experts to strengthen compliance programs, manage technical risk, and maintain audit readiness across a growing renewable energy fleet. Evergreen Note This is an evergreen posting intended to identify qualified talent for current and future NERC Compliance Engineering opportunities within ENGIE's Renewables organization. Candidates may be considered at either the Senior Engineer or Engineering Advisor level based on their experience, technical knowledge, demonstrated subject matter expertise, scope and complexity of prior responsibilities, and level of independent ownership. Compensation We are recruiting across two levels, and we will determine appropriate placement based on the candidate's experience and scope. Salary Range will be included in the formal job posting once a specific level of opportunity is determined and posted. This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate. ENGIE complies with all federal, state, and local minimum wage laws. Actual salary offered may vary depending on geography, experience, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan.
