This position will be for our new manufacturing facility in Joliet and will initially be employed by Hyundai Translead's corporate office but will be remote from the State of Illinois to support the launch of the Company's new manufacturing facility before transitioning to full time, onsite once the facility is operational. This position will initially be focused on operational execution and support of large-scale hiring initiatives and RPO-led recruiting efforts. As hiring operations mature, responsibilities will expand to include greater ownership of local talent acquisition programs and strategic initiatives. The Talent Acquisition Partner supports organizational workforce needs through the execution of talent acquisition programs, recruiting operations, workforce hiring initiatives, and talent acquisition processes. This role partners with hiring managers and business leaders to support workforce growth, talent acquisition activities, and hiring objectives across manufacturing, skilled trades, engineering, operations, and professional functions. Responsibilities may evolve based on organizational growth, workforce ramp-up requirements, recruiting delivery models, and business needs. The role may support recruiting activities through external recruiting partnerships during periods of accelerated growth and may assume increased direct recruiting responsibility as organizational hiring models mature. Position scope, level of responsibility, decision-making authority, and organizational impact increase with each level. Essential Functions
