As a Ski Area Attendant at the Grand Geneva Resort & Spa, you will be responsible for maintaining outstanding customer service, processing sales accurately and efficiently, answering phones, and assisting guests with rental equipment.

Grand Geneva in Lake Geneva is a 1,300 acre, AAA Four Diamond resort and spa recognized as a Top Resort in the Midwest by Conde Nast Traveler. This award-winning, all-seasons destination features over 746 guest accommodations, the WELL Spa & Salon, two championship golf courses, fitness facilities, a ski hill and terrain park, and 9 unique food and beverage outlets. What will you be doing?


  • Handle money and financial payment for goods and services

  • Must be able to enter information into SMS accurately

  • Answer phones in a courteous and professional manner.

  • Assist guests with any needs or challenges.

  • Assist with day to day operations of boot room.

  • Assist guest with rental equipment.

  • Assist with equipment repairs when needed.

  • Help keep rental room clean and organized.

  • Ensure safety of guests while at the ski hill.

  • Preform other duties as assigned.



What do you bring to the role?


  • High school diploma or GED preferred, not required

  • Good communication and customer service skills

  • Previous cash handling experience preferred

  • Previous computer experience preferred

  • Understands and prioritizes safety

  • Positive attitude

  • Enjoy working with the general public

  • Take direction well

  • Have flexible schedule - weekend, holiday and 2nd shift

  • Must have good math skills

  • Regular attendance required

  • Be able to tolerate extreme weather conditions

  • Willingness to help with a variety of duties in and around the chalet
