The team focuses on the future of work, workplace innovation, and employee experience practices that may also inform customers and partners pursuing digital transformation. The Senior Supplier Strategy Manager will manage a portfolio of supplier sourcing and contractual engagements and maintain working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. This role will develop and implement short- and long-term supplier partnership strategies to support MSD's business, operational, and engineering needs. Responsibilities include end-to-end supplier strategy, negotiations and contracting, supplier management, and compliance in collaboration with assigned internal partners. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $125,000 - $206,400 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
