Schedule: Full-time About the Role We are seeking an experienced Operations Lead to support business operations and enablement within a global technology organization. This role will partner closely with executive and cross-functional stakeholders to develop operational processes, drive strategic projects, and improve organizational efficiency. The ideal candidate is a strong project and operations leader who can take ownership, create structure in ambiguous situations, keep stakeholders accountable, and drive initiatives from planning through execution. What You'll Do
- Lead the development and implementation of business operational processes and cross-functional projects.
- Manage initiatives from planning through execution, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and risks.
- Partner with executive stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable plans.
- Drive accountability across stakeholders and ensure commitments, decisions, and deliverables stay on track.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability.
- Develop solutions and processes aligned with broader business objectives and strategic priorities.
- Partner with central functions including HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and Technology leadership.
- Provide guidance and operational support across multiple initiatives and workstreams.
- Identify operational risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruption.
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings, communicate project status, and surface blockers and decisions requiring leadership attention.
- Manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
- Use business data and operational insights to identify problems and recommend practical solutions.
What We're Looking For
- 5-10+ years of experience in business operations, program management, project management, operations enablement, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience owning and driving complex cross-functional projects from beginning to end.
- Strong ability to influence and hold stakeholders accountable without relying on direct authority.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills, including experience partnering with senior or executive-level leaders.
- Strong project and change management capabilities.
- Ability to bring structure to ambiguous problems and evolving priorities.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience developing, implementing, or improving business processes and operational workflows.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global, matrixed organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within a technology, software, digital, or product development organization.
- Experience supporting operations across multiple regions or global teams.
- Experience managing programs that support technology or product development and delivery.
- Experience working directly with executive leadership or senior business stakeholders.
- Experience with operational risk management, business continuity, or organizational readiness.
- Experience with business planning, operational reporting, KPIs, or performance management.
- Familiarity with Airtable or similar workflow/database management platforms.
- Familiarity with enterprise technology and collaboration tools such as Microsoft, Slack, Box, Databricks, or AI-enabled productivity platforms.
- PMP, Agile, Scrum, or similar project/program management certification.
- MBA or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field.
