Warranty Prior Approval Analyst

Pay: Up to $25.00 per Hour

We're hiring a Warranty Prior Approval Analyst for a temporary opportunity supporting automotive warranty operations. This role is ideal for candidates with automotive repair, diagnostics, service advisor, or warranty administration experience who enjoy problem-solving, analyzing repair information, and working directly with dealership service teams.

• Review and evaluate warranty prior approval requests for vehicle interior and exterior repairs
• Communicate with dealership service managers, service advisors, and technicians via phone and online systems
• Provide accurate, timely, and professional guidance on warranty coverage and repair authorization decisions
• Research technical repair information and assist in resolving dealer concerns
• Prepare and distribute service communications and documentation
• Ensure all warranty determinations comply with established warranty policies and procedures
• Maintain detailed records and provide exceptional customer support to dealership personnel

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Hands-on automotive diagnostic and repair experience preferred
• Service writer, service advisor, warranty administration, or dealership experience preferred
• ASE Certifications strongly preferred
• Strong computer, data entry, and written communication skills
• Ability to analyze information and make sound decisions based on policy guidelines
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
