Electrical Engineer (Mid-Level to Senior) | Aerospace & Defense Industry

Pay Rate: $38.00 - $48.00 per Hour

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to support the design, integration, and testing of advanced electrical and avionics systems for aerospace and defense applications. • Design electrical systems, wiring diagrams, schematics, and cable assemblies
• Develop power distribution, avionics interfaces, and communication networks
• Create wire lists, cable drawings, and installation documentation
• Collaborate with systems, mechanical, manufacturing, and design teams
• Support testing, troubleshooting, validation, and customer reviews
• Coordinate with suppliers on hardware selection and integration
• Assist with engineering change management and production support
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical reviews

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (equivalent experience considered)
• Mid-Level: 3-7 years of engineering experience
• Senior-Level: 7+ years of engineering experience
• Experience with electrical system design, schematic interpretation, and AC/DC power distribution
• Knowledge of networking and communication systems
• Experience with Ethernet, MIL-STD-1553, ARINC-429, AutoCAD, or aerospace/defense programs is preferred
• Strong technical documentation, problem-solving, and communication skills
