Location: Valencia, CA

Pay Rate: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Schedule: 1st Shift / 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM M-F,Saturdays as needed

Education Requirements



  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in a scientific, laboratory, or administrative field preferred.


Experience Requirements



  • Minimum one year of experience in a GMP regulated, FDA compliant, or laboratory environment.
  • Proven skill with data entry, recordkeeping, and electronic documentation systems.
  • Experience supporting quality control, quality assurance, or laboratory operations is a plus.


Physical Capabilities



  • Ability to sit, stand, and move throughout a laboratory and office setting for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift and carry files, samples, or supplies up to twenty-five pounds.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing and laboratory environment with frequent walking between departments.
  • Manual dexterity for data entry, filing, and handling laboratory documentation.


Job Duties



  • Maintain accurate, organized quality control records, logs, and documentation in line with Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and GMP standards.
  • Scan, file, and retrieve certificates of analysis, laboratory worksheets, environmental monitoring records, and equipment logs.
  • Support sample management, including labeling, tracking, and coordinating transfers for raw material, in-process, finished product, and retain samples.
  • Enter laboratory data into spreadsheets and electronic systems with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Assist with document preparation for audits, inspections, and internal quality reviews.
  • Coordinate calibration and maintenance scheduling for laboratory equipment.
  • Communicate across QC, QA, warehouse, and production teams to support compliance and efficiency.
