Job Duties
Provides current and potential international and domestic freight customers with a primary point of contact for their international and domestic shipping needs. Ensures the resolution of customer issues/problems/requests. Provides support to sales and AGFS ramps in their quest for the efficient movement of domestic freight shipments and the movement and clearance of international shipments, while developing opportunities to increase both domestic and export revenues. Identifies systemic and recurring service issues for domestic and international customers through research and elevate identified issues to the appropriate person for resolution.

Minimum Education

High school diploma/GED. Dangerous goods specialist certification preferred

Minimum Experience

Three (3) years work experience in logistics/distribution/transportation providing direct customer service contact, which includes two (2) years of direct international customer service contact. Sales experience preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Thorough knowledge of mainframe and web based applications, i.e., COSMOS, KIAC, FAMIS, CAGE, Ambassador, etc. and PC software i.e., word processing, spreadsheet, etc. Excellent human relations and communications skills. Good analytical and prioritizing skills. Working knowledge of international shipping paperwork and procedures.

Five (5) years work experience in logistics/distribution/transportation providing direct international customer service contact or three (3) years as a Sr. Intl. Documentation agent (sr. Ida), (ida experience must have been within the last two years).

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Thorough knowledge of mainframe and web-based applications, i.e., COSMOS, K2, FAMIS, CASE, EBS, EOPS, CARGORES, etc.

Proficient in Word processing, spreadsheets, and other PC related software.

Excellent human relations, communication, analytical and prioritizing skills required.

Working knowledge of international shipping paperwork and procedures required.

Ability to successfully complete all basic and recurrent training

Preferred Qualifications: This position is eligible for remote work and may be located anywhere within the United States excluding AK, HI and U.S. territories, and must live within the 100 miles radius of the posted work location. The posting will close on Friday, August 21, 2026, 5:00 PM CDT.
