Job Description

Job duties may include but are not limited to the following:



  • Overall responsibility for crew safety, performance, productivity and work quality for assigned projects
  • Tape, fill, skim, and sand drywall according to level of finish
  • Follow established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean environment
  • Ability to perform all job duties and associated work functions in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
  • Collaborate with superintendent and project manager to coordinate project startup, execution and close out
  • Systematically direct and assign crew field activities to achieve maximize productivity while maintaining PCG standards of quality, performance and workplace safety
  • Create and maintain positive relationships with all trades, vendors, co-workers and customers to maximize effectiveness and efficiency
  • Convey a professional and positive attitude as the onsite representative of branch and corporation
  • Use available technology to perform job tasks efficiently
  • Maintain accurate daily reports, timekeeping, and documentation
  • Train, mentor, and develop crew members, including apprentices and journeymen
  • On-the-job training offered


This position is safety-sensitive.


Pay Range: $35.31 - $37.31/hr


Requirements




  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Drywall Finisher Foreman

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to perform basic math
  • Able to withstand prolonged periods standing and working outside
  • Physically able to perform assigned tasks
  • Must be able to lift 40 pounds at a time
  • Must have reliable transportation


Preferred Requirements



  • OSHA 30
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Willingness to travel and manage out-of-town projects is desirable.
  • Experience with specialized finishes; acoustical drywall finish and direct applied skim coat finishes is desirable.
  • Experience with Procore software is desirable.

  • Mostrar una actitud profesional y positiva como representante en obra de la sucursal y la corporacion
  • Utilizar la tecnologia disponible para realizar las tareas de manera eficiente
  • Mantener reportes diarios, control de tiempo y documentacion de manera precisa
  • Capacitar, orientar y desarrollar a los miembros del equipo, incluidos aprendices y oficiales
  • Se ofrece capacitacion en el puesto
