Associate Health Business Analyst - Nautilus Program

Are you a recent or upcoming college graduate who wants to solve real problems in healthcare? Nautilus is a full-time analyst development program - a rotational experience designed for early-career quantitative-minded individuals who are curious, collaborative, and eager to grow.

  • Start date: July 2027
  • Location: Jacksonville, FL (in-person)
    • Our GuideWell campus in Jacksonville, FL features renovated office buildings surrounding a beautiful pond and walking path. The campus is highlighted by an athletic complex, fitness center, as well as a full-service cafeteria and a coffee shop. Other features include intramural sports, an open office environment, and employee activities. All of this within a culture that embraces flexibility, innovation, and diversity. Bring your unique talents and perspective to help us make a difference!

What to Expect

You'll join a cohort of fellow analysts on our Jacksonville, FL campus and rotate through several areas of our analytics organization, working on meaningful projects that directly affect how we serve our members. The first several weeks emphasize onboarding, relationship-building, and foundational skill development through dedicated training sessions. From there, you'll complete multiple rotations, each exposing you to different types of analytical work.

After the program, you'll be placed on a long-term team - matching what energizes you with where the business needs talent most. This is not an internship - it's the start of a career.

The Kind of Work You'll Do

Our analysts dig into healthcare data to uncover insights that improve cost, quality, and member outcomes. Past Nautilus rotations have ranged from tracking member health trends and medication adherence to building monitoring tools for provider negotiations to measuring the impact of new care delivery models - all with real business impact.
